The Ford President’s Award is a major accomplishment for those Ford automobile dealers good enough to be recognized. The award has been described as winning the Super Bowl of trophies for dealers and a cause for major celebration, as only one percent of the company’s dealers are up for consideration.
The President’s Award is given to recognize dealers who have achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction based on their Customer Viewpoint Group. To be considered, Ford dealers have to be franchised before January 1 of the preceding year.
The dealer also must have at least 60 completed Sales and Service Customer Viewpoints Surveys and have earned a Customer Experience Score that is greater than their CVP score. Finally, the dealer has to have earned 100 percent or higher sales percentage effectiveness for both cars and trucks.
